Chris Cuomo entered his former CNN Network on Wednesday, accusing him of supporting in partisan theaters, as he is held with President Donald Trump for a report that questions the effectiveness of United States aerial attacks on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure.
Cuomo’s criticism took place during his “Cuomo” news program, where Bill O’reilly hosted to discuss the fall of a leaked intelligence evaluation, suggesting that recent strikes delayed Iran’s nuclear ambitions for months, not years, as North -Americans had claimed.
“I think this [CNN is] Trying too much to compete with these powers and people who sell hysteria with a profit, “said Cuomo on his program.
“We often trapped in the propaganda game.”
Trump exploded the media coverage, labeling “false news”, while Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth also dismissed reports during a Thursday press conference.
“Iran’s nuclear places were forgotten,” said Hegseth, adding that initial intelligence is “almost always wrong, almost always incomplete.”
O’Reilly told Cuomo that CNN was deliberately lowering the impact of strikes.
“There is no one who has gone under the mountain to see.
“There is absolutely no main source about the damage caused by North -Americans.
The ex -Fox News Amphtrio made a network editorial judgment, calling it part of a wider decline in journalism.
“It’s absurd. No competent journalistic publisher would have printed this article, but since CNN is in business to make Trump look bad, as you said, every day of each day, they throw it there,” said O’Reilly.
“I think we all know that the journalism industry in America and the world is at the lowest in the history of this industry.”
Cuomo agreed with the broader media criticism, suggesting that the news business pursues Hype to compete with Internet personalities.
However, he pushed some of the O’Reilly points again, especially the role of anonymous sources.
“Trump asked to say that everything was forgotten, so he asks for criticism, because he also does not know,” said Cuomo.
“But the anonymous sources matter, Bill. If it were not for anonymous sources, in your career and mine, you would often know nothing about what happens in power rooms.”
Although Cuomo was fired by CNN in 2021, he expressed admiration for many of his journalists, while calling what he sees his recent ideological inclination.
“Although I was fired, I have a lot of respect for the men and women who do the job there, and I miss many of them,” he said.
“But they see what is happening to the left. You see they are in Maga mode … There are no more Democrats. There are no longer Republicans.
A CNN spokesman said to The Post: “CNN encounters our exhaustive reports on an initial evaluation of recent strikes at the Iran nuclear facilities, which have since been confirmed by other news organizations. The White House has recognized the existence of evaluation and its statement is included in our history.”
Cuomo was fired from CNN in December 2021 after it was revealed that he used his media connections to help his brother, his new York governor Andrew Cuomo, responding to allegations of sexual harassment.
The news was housed in the Democratic Party this week after his brother lost to the Primary of the Mayor of New York in front of the socialist subdog Zohran Mamdani, who stated in his news show that the Democratic Party is “dead” and accuse him of embracing extremism.
He also pointed to Alexandria Ocosio-Cortez, calling it a “form of Democrat”, and stated his disbelief due to his continuous popularity.
